You can special order many items now and it may be available from the
manufacturer. After you place your order with us, Gaming Today
will verify the availability of this item and special order it for you. Please understand that availability and delivery times are
unpredictable and can vary greatly. We place orders on a first-come,
first-served basis, so your order will be processed and shipped in the
order it was received.
Any special order includes a 20% non-refundable deposit. When you add a special order item to your cart, you will pay the full cost of the item, which will include the shipping costs. If you, for some reason, decide to cancel an order for any reason, then you will be refunded 80% of your final cost minus the shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: Once the order has been placed with the supplier, the deposit cannot be refunded, as this is the non-refundable percentage of the cost our supplier charges us whether or not the remaining price is paid.
After the item arrives, you will be sent an email notification that it is on the way to you. We will ship the item to you with delivery confirmation.
So, here are the steps for special orders:
1) Purchase the item on the Gaming Today site.
- Should you decide to cancel the order before it is placed with our supplier, you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price. Normally, we will process orders to the supplier on the same day an order is paid for.
- Should our supplier notify us that the item is not available, then you will be refunded 100% of your purchase price (plus the pre-paid shipping).
2) Your order will be placed by Gaming Today to our supplier.
- Should you decide to cancel the order at this time, you will be refunded 80% of this value minus the shipping costs.
Example:
You purchase Special Order Item A at the cost of $1000. In this
example, the shipping cost, based on weight, is $50. Your final cost
would be $1050.
Should you decide to cancel this order for any reason, you will be
refunded the shipping cost ($50) plus 80% of the cost of the item
($800). Hence, your refunded amount would be $850.
3) Once the item arrives from the supplier, Gaming Today will email you a notification that your item has arrived and is being shipped to you. Gaming Today will ship the item to you with delivery confirmation for the item.
