Prices are subject to change without notice due to market conditions.
We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Sometimes items are listed on our site before retail pricing is available to us. In these cases, you will always be given the price you purchased the item at, or, should the actual retail price be lower, you will receive the lower price and a credit for the difference. We
usually list an approximate price which may change once updated info is obtained from
manufacturers.
~ We reserve the right to limit quantities. Should they be limited, you will be notified in the product description.
~ International orders are not taken at this time
~ All items are new and in box unless otherwise noted in the product description.
~ Satisfaction guaranteed or return in same condition within 30 days for store
credit on merchandise only. See our Return Policy for details.
~ Shipping fees are the
responsibility of the buyer and will be included in the final total of each purchase.
~ The purchaser agrees to be responsible for all shipping costs should the item need to be returned.
~ A re-stocking fee will be assessed when a special order item is returned. The fee will never be more than 20% of the cost of the item.
~ $15.00 minimum purchase.
~ California residents add 8.25% sales tax.
~ Payment by money order or gift certificate are ok. 2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized vendor solution of goods and services provided by Gaming Today.
~ All shipments will be used through FedEx.
FedEx Ground service with delivery confirmation are standard. Deliveries can take from 3-10 business days. Delivery time can be much longer for special orders.
~ Preorders are marked as such in the item description. We can estimate when pre-orders might arrive, but be aware that manufacturers will sometimes push back the release dates for their products. If we become aware that a product you ordered has been pushed, we will notify you by email.
~ Deposits for pre ordered and special ordered items are non-refundable unless we cannot fulfill the order.
~ If you don't see it listed, ask us. It's likely we can locate any hard to find items for you at no additional cost. We're here to help! :)
